We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. All agreements for downloadable/digital products, BNB Riches are NOT subject to cancellation, refund or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation” policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to.

If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at 888-479-4542 during the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of BNB Riches does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
